Pelvic Floor Therapy
We’ll begin with a detailed conversation to better understand what you’re experiencing and what your goals for treatment are. This is your opportunity to share what brought you in and what you hope to achieve.
Next, we’ll perform a hands-on assessment using guided movement and specific techniques to evaluate how different parts of your body are functioning and identify possible causes of your symptoms.
From there, we’ll create a personalized plan designed to help you reach your goals. You’ll leave your visit with a clear understanding of your condition and the first steps to begin your physical therapy journey!
Please bring the following to your appointment:
• A referral or prescription
• Any imaging or medical reports related to your visit
• Comfortable clothing
Nurture Physical Therapy accepts out-of-network insurance plans. While we are not in-network with most insurance providers, we do work with Medicare and Worker’s Compensation. For all other plans, we provide detailed invoices (superbills) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Our team is happy to help you understand and navigate your out-of-network benefits.

Use the chat or email hello@nurturept.com to submit the following info (name, insurance info, date of birth) so we can verify your insurance.
2. Schedule an Appointment
Once your benefits are verified, we discuss pricing, and then you may use our automated scheduling system (https://nurturept.janeapp.com/)to book an appointment.
Please wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move easily. Depending on the area being treated, we recommend clothing that provides access (for example, shorts for knee or hip therapy, or a tank top for shoulder treatment).
