Dr. Suzanne Roudebush, PT
Dr. Suzanne Roudebush graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University. During her time there, she also became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and utilizes that knowledge to help implement effective strength and conditioning programs for anyone looking to improve their overall performance. Suzanne previously graduated from Texas Christian University with a double degree in Modern Dance
and Movement Science.
Ranging from post-operative patients in the hospital to working with performers on Broadway, Suzanne strives to be a generalist who is capable of treating a variety of conditions. During her time as a clinician, Suzanne developed a passion for pelvic health. After obtaining her Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Certification, Suzanne has helped people with sexual and pelvic floordysfunction, pre- and post- partum rehab, and seeks to integrate pelvic floor therapy into her rehab process.
Suzanne’s passion for Physical Therapy came from her own experiences as she dealt with several dance injuries throughout her high school and college years. She experienced how physical therapy allowed her to continue pursuing her passion and she became inspired to helpother athletes and active individuals heal and return to doing what they love everyday. When Suzanne is not working, she enjoys staying active in the gym, outdoors, and mainly in dance classes. She also enjoys reading, being creative, and going on adventures with her partner and puppy.

Dr. Daniela Escudero,PT
Dr. Daniela Escudero received her Bachelor of Science from Skidmore College and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Dominican College in Rockland County. Daniela’s interest in orthopedics stemmed from a background in kinesiology in college, and learning how interconnected all the movements of the body really were.
This interest has evolved throughout the years and she now performs biomechanical and functional movement assessments to determine the true source of an individual's symptoms. The functional movement assessments ensure that she focuses on impairments specific to each individual. She then uses manual therapy and targeted exercises to retrain the areas that are eliciting symptoms, in order to help individuals achieve their true potential.
Additionally, Daniela has discovered a deep interest in studying Pelvic Floor Health and is pursuing further training with the Herman and Wallace Institute. She has used this continued education to combine orthopedics and Pelvic Floor Therapy to help individuals regain their life. In addition to in clinic practice, Dr. Daniela is a Teaching Assistant for the Physical Therapy program at Dominican College for courses focused on Spine Assessment, and Neurological treatment.In her free time, Daniela enjoys going on walks and hiking with her Cockapoo, Finn. She also loves discovering unique cuisines and exploring different cultural traditions.

Dr.Melanie McDonald,PT,Owner
In addition to treating adults, Melanie treats children for a multitude of conditions including pediatric and adolescent orthopedic injuries, balance and coordination disorders and genetic syndromes. Melanie strives to provide highly individualized and evidenced-based treatments for her patients. She believes that patient empowerment and education are paramount to achieving greater health, wellness, and the prevention of injury in the future. ​
Dr. Melanie McDonald is a dedicated and detail-oriented Physical Therapist whose passion for the wellbeing of others has led her to promote a culture that fosters holistic wellness. Melanie received her Bachelors of Arts in Biology and Sociology from Hunter College in 2012, and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University in 2016.

Melanie treats not only the obvious impairments, but looks at the whole body as an integrated system and targets the root of the problem. Melanie has taken advanced education training in functional manual therapy and orthopedics through the Institute of Physical Arts and holds certifications in Pilates for rehabilitation via Polestar Pilates and the Pilates Method Alliance, strength and conditioning through the NSCA, and Craniosacral therapy through the Upledger Institute. Dr. Melanie is also currently receiving a functional medicine certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine.
